Let's face it, most of us women have average looks, some of us are older ladies, and we are constantly competing with younger women for visual attention. Sure, our husbands love us. But, let's never kid ourselves that it's the beautiful girls who are lusted after. It was not too long agoe that my own husband told me "Look, we are not movie stars. I am an average guy, you are an average woman. You are not a beautiful movie star or model. But I love you, and you are just right for me, darling". Well, you can imagine my utter horror when I heard these words. I had always thought my husband Becker thought that I was the most beautiful woman in the world. I tell you that this devastated me so badly, that I broke into tears. He could not understand why I was crying! Well, if you are a woman reading this, then you know that there is not a woman alive who would like to hear something like that. To make what could be a long story - well, a shorter story, I sought after a way to be the movie star of my husband's dreams. I know that my dear spouse did not say what he said in order to hurt me, he was just being, well, practical. Men can be that way, can't they? Sometimes they do not realize that they have hurt our feelings. Anyway, I knew that I posses average looks. And what made things worse was that I grew up in a school attended by Barbie Doll and Super Model type beauties, and I was the "ugly duckling' of the bunch. I am not actually ugly, but I know that I am no beauty. Attractive yes, but I have always wanted to be well, beautiful. If to no one else, at least to the man I was going to spend the rest of my life with. Well, it turns out that I had this friend who was less fortunate than even myself in the looks department, but she had this husband who always spoke of how beautiful she was. Among our friends, we secretly joked that he apparently needed glasses. She had overheard myself and another friend joking in this manner, and when she and I were alone, she let me in on her little secret. First she informed me that she had heard me and the other woman joking about her, and after I had finished blushing and apologizing, she told me that she understood completely, and let me know that I myself was no Claudia Shiffer. We had a great big laugh, and then, she told me how she had gotten her husband wrapped so thoroughly around her finger, and what technique she had used to keep him in her thrall and convince him that she was the most beautiful woman alive. I tried it, and well, first of all, to this day, he does not even remember saying those words which had so devastaed me. I have been using this technique on my husband for the past three years. And these are the happiest three years of my life! I even tried an experiment on my friends, and used the same technique, and now my little group thinks that I am the most beautiful one of all of them. But I will tell you, that indeed I am not. But it does not matter, because THEY believe I am! It is just great. I am no longer the chubby little plain jane in my school days, well, at least not to my hubby and friends! The beautiful Barbie looking girls who are born naturally beautiful have, what I consider to be an unfair advantage over us plain janes. Most of these natural beauties have aweful personalities which most men overlook, because they are so beautiful. I have a great personality, but I was constantly overlooked because I had only plain looks. Men can be cruel to plain looking women. And the most I could expect was to meet an average man, and try to use my great personality. It worked to attact my present husband, pregnant in order to catch my husband. But since I am speaking frankly here, I felt that the only way to really catch him was to get pregnant by him. And so, I was never really sure whether he married me just becuase I got pregnant, or if it was because he really loved me. Now it does not matter. Because he really does love me. He thinks he's married to a movie star, model and goddess all rolled into one, and he constantly tells me so! I am so satisfied with my results, that I decided to share what I know with other women who were in my same positiion, with a man who did not think they were the most beautiful woman alive!
